Deposit Funds ←
To deposit funds, click “Deposit Funds” in your Account, enter the amount required and click “Deposit”. Next, you will be taken to the payment system page, where you need to fill in the required fields and make a money transfer. After depositing money into your Account you are able to purchase and renew keys. Upon expiration the key is paid from your Account automatically. If the available funds are insufficient to pay for the key by the end of its paid period, the key will be blocked. If you deposit funds into your Account within a week, such a key will be paid and renewed automatically. Otherwise, it will be deleted.
Purchase Key ←
To purchase a new key, you need to click “Add Key” in your Account, then select the city of connection on the page that opens and click “Buy Key”. In this case, an amount equal to a monthly key cost will be debited from your Account. If the available funds are insufficient, User will be alerted to know that he/she needs to deposit it. When it’s completed, you can manage the purchased key from User’s Account.
Renew Key ←
Once a key expires:
- If the funds on your Account are enough to pay for the next month, the key will be paid and renewed automatically
- If the funds are insufficient, the key will be blocked
One week after a key expires:
- If an amount sufficient for the next month payment is deposited to an Account, the key is paid and renewed (payment for the blocked period is not charged)
- If the amount required for the key payment is not deposited to an Account, the key is deleted.
Use Key ←
Using a key means adding it to the Outline application to use it as a gateway to the internet. When clicking the “Use” button, the user is prompted to download and install Outline Client and then automatically add the key to the application, or open the application and add the key to it if Outline Client is already installed.
Share Key ←
Each key can be used simultaneously on multiple devices, while the data transfer rate is divided between them. User can share access through his key with another person by clicking the "Share" button in the key block. Meanwhile, on a mobile device he/she will be prompted to share a link through one of the installed messengers. On a desktop computer, the link will be copied to the clipboard. This link leads to the page where a user will be prompted to either install or open Outline and add a key to it. The key accessed at the link can be used by anyone, not necessarily a user of our service.
Change Key ←
When changing a key, instead of an old key you get a new SOCKS 5 key with access to another server, and the old key, in its turn, is deleted. Key change doesn’t require any extra payment.
To change a key you need to:
- Click the “Change” button on the key page (you can get to the key page by clicking the key name in your Account)
- Select the city of server location
- Click “Change Key”
In this case, the key will retain its number, but change parameters. To use this new key, you need to click the “Use” or “Share” button, and it will be added to the application. The old key has to be deleted in the application yourself. It will no longer work.
Delete Key ←
A key can be deleted by clicking the “Delete” button on the key page. The key will then stop working. If the paid period of the key has not expired at the time of deletion, money for the remaining paid period will not be returned to the Account.
Change Account Name ←
Account Name is used for authorization on the service, and therefore it must be unique. You can enter an email address or an arbitrary name up to 30 characters long as an Account Name.
When using an email address as an Account Name, you will have the opportunity to restore access to your Account in case you lost the password. If no email is provided and you lost the password, you will not be able to restore access to your Account.
Account Name can be changed on the settings page.
Change Account Password ←
You can change Password on the settings page. Password is arbitrary, but should be at least 5 characters long.
Delete Account ←
You can delete an Account by clicking the appropriate link on the settings page. Deleting an Account deletes User information, and logging in to Account becomes no longer available. Account ID and transactions associated with it remain in our database. This information is necessary for our accounting reports. In case paid keys remain on the Account after deletion, they will still work within the paid period. If this is not desired, you can delete keys before deleting your Account.
Referral Program ←
Users can share a referral link and receive a bonus of 50% of the cost of the first six months of using our service, which will be paid by users who register via this link.
Users can also offer a 50% discount on the first six keys/months to everyone who comes through their link, and can set the bonus‑to-discount ratio from 0/50% to 50/0% in 5% increments.
